All orders for Southeastern Virginia are dispatched from one of eight plants; Emporia, Chesapeake, Chesapeake Portable, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Franklin, South Hill Portable, or Hampton. The CRMP, Inc. Central Dispatch office in Chesapeake controls these plants. Our Central Dispatch staff, including Sam Holloway, Amber Bright, Ashley Genao and Louis Gehlhoff, utilize modern software and multiple computer systems to control orders and improve customer service. A team of dispatchers who are constantly tracking and scheduling your order dispatches all of the mixer trucks in our Virginia market. Computerized graphical schedule displays and GPS graphical displays of the truck fleet in every phase of the workday allow us to get the load to the customer as promised. Orders are sent electronically to our four stationary plants, where a computerized batching system completes the order, ensuring the accuracy of the mix. Each plant manager is a certified concrete technician and is assisted by a quality control staff. All of our plants are NRMCA certified and trucks are VDOT certified.
