The CRMP, Inc. Central Dispatch office in Chesapeake controls these plants. Our Central Dispatch staff, including Sam Holloway, Angie Culpepper, Ralph Bullock, and Amber Bright, utilize modern software and multiple computer systems to control orders and improve customer service. A team of dispatchers who are constantly tracking and scheduling your order dispatches all of the 40 trucks in our Virginia market. Computerized graphical schedule displays and GPS graphical displays of the truck fleet in every phase of the workday allow us to get the load to the customer as promised. Orders are sent electronically to our four stationary plants, where a computerized batching system completes the order, ensuring the accuracy of the mix. Each plant manager is a certified concrete technician and is assisted by a quality control staff.
