 We started production at our newest sand facility in June of 1999.
Located in Severn, this operation produces in excess of 300,000
tons of concrete sand, 50,000 tons of mortar sand and 20,000 tons of pea gravel annually. Our
concrete sand is NCDOT and VADOT certified.
Our pea gravel produces a #7 stone, which meets ASTMC133 Standards.
Our
Severn Plant (Pit #2) produces concrete sand with a target FM of 2.80 which provides
us with a high quality constituent that is used in all concrete mixes.
In addition, enough product is produced from the operation that
we are able to offer for sale concrete sand, mortar sand, gravel, top soil, and fill

Severn Plant we stock raw materials on our Ahoskie
