Our maintenance
division is divided into two departments, Fleet
Maintenance
and Operations Management.
Our fleet maintenance
is headquartered in Winton, NC and is
augmented by our satellite shop located in
Suffolk, VA. In addition, we have our own tire
service truck that is able to respond quickly to
tire problems that may occur in the field.
In order to provide the best possible service to our
plants and customers we must have a dependable fleet
to rely on. Shop Foreman Cliff Sexton and
Parts Manger Bart Ward oversee our maintenance
division. Operating in our state-of-the-art
maintenance facility they ensure the capability of
each vehicle or piece of equipment is geared for
peak performance.
 Our operations
maintenance is lead by General Manager, Charles Harrell.
Under his direction, operation managers, Frank "Ace" Fedock and Wayne Piland
maintain all eight ready mix locations by ensuring
each plant is fully functional and capable of
performing at the highest expectations. Ace and
Wayne are also responsible for the disassembling and
reassembling of our portable operation. From new
plant construction to every day repairs, our
operation management team provides CRMP, Inc. with the most reliable
and
efficient plants in the area.
